Reflex Technical Solutions provided a full range of engineering services in support of the Kristin riser replacement project carried out using the offshore construction vessel FUGRO SALTIRE. The workscope included vessel strength assessments and the design and detailing of structural reinforcement for the installation of a 2000 tonne capacity deck-mounted rotating carousel, spooling tower and vertical lay system (VLS). An interface grillage for the VLS was also designed with Reflex provided full on-site technical support during the shipyard phase of the workscope.
